BAC Jet Provost Mk.5
Serial number XW369 is in its original paint from the British training squadron which it was imported from. It has made numerous appearances at the Reno Air Races.
The BAC Jet Provost is a small, lightweight British Military jet trainer used from 1955 to 1993. The design itself is a development from the Percival Provost, a piston trainer bearing the same name. The Jet Provost features a Rolls Royce Viper engine, side by side seating for a very traditional flight instruction type environment, as well as laminar flow wings.
This jet was purchased from a private owner in 2024, by Jerod and Amanda Flohr. N800LT is currently based out of the Vietnam War Flight Museum, and can be seen at airshows with Gnarly Gnat Airshows across the U.S. flown by Jerod Flohr.
