The ME-262 Schwalbe on display at Vietnam War Flight Museum is owned by Collings Foundation while it is being worked on and flown by the VWFM team! ​​​

 

This airplane was built in Washington by Classic Fighters Incorporated and is a reproduction ME-262 Schwalbe based on the ME-262 at the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola. 

 

Obviously this 262 replica does not have original engines and is powered by two J-85s like a T-38 without afterburner. The level of detail of the replica is immaculate, and the aircraft has continued serial numbers from the last production ME-262s from WWII. ​​​
